Attractive wall map of Africa from California Geological Survey
The crew at the California Geological Survey has announced the preliminary release of its fifth wall map - a very attractive map of Africa. The map is approximately 42" x 47" in size and is based upon a Universal Transverse Mercator projection. The shaded relief terrain is based upon SRTM dems and the surface details come from MODIS satellite imagery.
